In the coming months, NYC poke bowl chain Pokeworks will open its first DFW location at the Hill development in North Dallas.

Eater previously reported that the chain was headed to Dallas, and now leasing documents for the Hill indicate that Pokeworks will occupy a 1,640 square foot space at the development, right next door to Houston-based salad chain Bellagreen and a stone’s throw away from a second outpost of Denver brunch chain Snooze. Whew.

A second location of Sauce Pizza & Wine is also set to open at the Hill, making it the Arizona-based chain’s second location in DFW after the arrival of its Prosper outpost earlier this month. An application filed with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission indicates that it will open at 8185 Walnut Hill Lane, positioning it near a recently-opened outpost of family-friendly burger joint Hat Creek Burger Company.

A statement from Pokeworks indicates that it will open in October. Stay tuned for an official opening date for Sauce Pizza & Wine.
