Healthy Smoothie Bowl Chain Opens Up in Flower Mound

Colorado-based chain Rush Bowls is adding healthy smoothie bowl shops at a rapid clip in Dallas. Less than a month after opening its first Dallas location at Mockingbird Station, Rush Bowls just opened a second location in Flower Mound.

The 890-square-foot store is located at 2400 Lakeside Parkway. It is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Michael and April Fuchs.

As with the first shop, customers can choose between 40 different options of smoothies or smoothie bowls, each made with fruit and vegetable bases like acai, kale and avocado and topped with organic granola and honey. All these can be made to suit vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy free diets.
