Healthy Bowl Destination Gather Kitchen Adds a New Location

Build-your-own bowl restaurant Gather Kitchen is branching out with a second outpost now open in Preston Center. Chalk up its expansion to the fast-casual health food trend that’s sweeping Dallas.

The second outpost of Gather Kitchen is located at 6135 Luther Lane, Dallas, TX 75255. It offers vegan, vegetarian, paleo, and Whole 30 options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Think savory paleo waffles in the morning and pad Thai made with zucchini noodles for the rest of the day. Fans of Downtown’s Gather Kitchen will now be able to top their bowls with tofu nuggets and black bean patties at the new location.

The Preston Center location will be open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
