Minnesota creamery Wonders Ice Cream Company will officially make its Dallas debut, bringing with it honey buns stuffed with ice cream.

The shop is set to make its debut at 5150 Lemmon Avenue with a grand opening party this Friday, bringing yet another destination for Thai-style rolled ice cream to the city. Wonders originally opened its doors in Minnesota’s Twin Cities in 2017, and has since rapidly expanded to six locations, including the soon-to-open Dallas outpost.

More than 20 different flavors of rolled ice cream are on the menu at Wonders, including peanut butter, taro, passion fruit, caramel, vanilla-berry, and dairy-free Italian ice. The rolls can be served in a cup or cone, or formed into a scoop shape and piled on top of a freshly-baked honey bun. Toppings like Pocky sticks, crushed cookies, sour candy, cereal, and fresh fruit are available to customize each creation, along with beverages like milk tea and milkshakes.

The doors at Wonders Ice Cream open at 6 p.m. on Friday, January 18, and stay open until midnight. After the grand opening festivities, the shop will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
