Chef Tim Love is reviving his yearly pop-ups with a Greek-themed dinner to take place next week at his Fort Worth Test Kitchen.

The three-night pop-up called Grafeío will be held at 713 North Main Street and will offer up six courses of Greek delicacies. Diners will find offerings like mezze, Greek salad, dolmades with crayfish tail ceviche, grilled octopus, lobster spaghetti, and Ouzo-marinated pork tenderloin, plus Greek wine and cocktails.

Over the past several years, Chef Love has hosted a pop-up each January focusing on the cuisine from a different country. Last year, diners enjoyed French fare, and prior to that Spanish and Italian cuisine.

Reservations are offered from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6 through Saturday, February 9. Cost is $125 per person plus tax and gratuity. Diners can call 817-624-9712 to reserve. In the meantime, peep the full menu offerings below.
