Nearly a year after debuting its edible cookie dough shop in Dallas, The Dough Dough is expanding to Frisco with a second location.
The Dough Dough will debut at 3311 Preston Road in the Frisco Bridges development next month with both indoor and outdoor seating. Presumably its dozen or so flavors of edible dough will make the trek north, along with monthly rotating flavors — for February, Lady in Red (red velvet with white chocolate chips) and the Chocolate Grizzly with brownie batter dough mixed with dark chocolate chips and crushed Oreo pieces.
Henry’s Homemade Ice Cream will also be on offer, along with other ultra rich desserts like dough-infused slices of cake, cupcakes, and Oreo cookies. For dessert-lovers who prefer warm treats, the giant-portioned scoops of dough can be brought home and baked into actual cookies.
Once it opens in February, The Dough Dough will operate Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
