Midici, a SoCal chain that slings Neapolitan pizzas, will open in Preston Hollow next week.
Its October debut was delayed for unknown reasons, but according to the pizza-maker’s website, January 15 is the official opening day for its newest outpost at 7825 Firefall Way in Preston Hollow Village. This will be the third area outpost for the brand, which operates locations in Addison and Euless — and formerly Uptown’s West Village which closed after only nine months. The brand seems to be faring better outside of Uptown and operates dozens of outposts across the U.S. and one location in Saudi Arabia.
When it debuts on the ground floor of the new Douglas luxury apartment building in Preston Hollow Village, the pizza chain will sling its thin-crust pies with toppings like prosciutto, truffles, pepperoni, shrimp scampi, and chicken pesto. Meatballs, garlic bread, and charcuterie boards will be on offer, along with salads and desserts like gelato and a Nutella calzone. For drinks, a certified cicerone has curated a beer selection of craft brews, wine, and coffee.
Midici debuts on January 15, stay tuned for hours of operation.
