Salad slinger Flower Child is scheduled to unveil its latest area location in Uptown next month, complete with first-ever menu items like sangria on tap and sharable plates.
Fox Restaurant Concepts’ 6,500-square-foot location, its largest Dallas location to date, sits at 2101 Cedar Springs Road. Flower Child will debut liquor inside for the first time, pouring cocktails and sangria on tap. The national chain’s existing liquid lineup includes organic wine, local beer, kombucha, cold brew coffee, and lemonades.
Shareable plates are also a new offering inside the large location, which includes a private dining room, main dining area, and outdoor patio.
Familiar items catered to organic, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets include a daily soup, toast and hummus, bowls, wraps, and a kid’s menu. Daily juice options will be made with leftover fruits and vegetables from the menu’s mains.
A hiring event, complete with raffle prizes and bites, will be held Sunday, October 27, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Stay tuned for an official opening date.
