Popular Thai eatery Asian Mint will debut its newest DFW location next week in Richardson.

The growing chain’s fourth area outpost is set to arrive at 300 West Campbell Road, Suite 300 on Monday, October 7. It takes over the space that formerly housed fast-casual eatery EnjoyMint, which closed earlier this year to make way for the new full-service Asian Mint outpost.

Helmed by chef Nikky Phinyawatana, the first location of Asian Mint debuted 15 years ago this month, and has since expanded to three additional restaurants in Oak Lawn and Inwood Village. It’s known for its top-notch riffs on Thai classics like tom kha gai, pad kee mow, and curry dishes. According to Phinyawatana, the restaurant’s red, green, and yellow Thai curry sauces boast healing properties thanks to anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric.

When it arrives next week, Asian Mint’s Richardson location will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for lunch and 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for dinner. On Saturdays, the doors are open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Sunday.
