A California-based chain that whips up Peruvian steak sandwiches and Napa vineyard salads is ready to take on Dallas. Mendocino Farms will open up downtown at 2000 Ross Avenue, according to the locations section of its website. The sandwich spot is a popular choice for quick lunches and dinners, with a long list of sandwiches and salads (including vegan options). Documents on SHOP Companies’ website include a map of Mendocino Farms’ upcoming Dallas location.
Besides that, the sandwich company is advertising online for Dallas catering sales managers and restaurant managers. One of the job applications indicates that Mendocino Farms will open in “early 2020.”
This is the second Texas city for Mendocino Farms’ expansion outside of California. The chain’s been popping up all over Houston, opening multiple Mendocino Farms locations recently with more in the works.
