Arlington’s Texas Live development just debuted a new Tex-Mex restaurant covered with Texas Rangers memorabilia. Rangers Republic is now open at the entertainment district, and according to a press release, the restaurant is “designed by fans for fans.”
That means signed batting helmets and more than 50 other Texas Rangers artifacts as decor. The restaurant and sports bar is clearly meant to be a fans headquarters during games and in the off-season as well, with crowd pleasers like nachos and tacos on the menu. Apps range from street-style elote and guacamole to queso fundido, while entrees include brisket tacos, chicken tinga enchiladas, fajitas, and caliente chicken pizza. The launch party for the restaurant at 650 E. Randol Mill Road STE 120 happened last week on Friday, November 22.
