Foxtrot will have a full-service espresso bar, Wifi, plus beer and wine on tap

A Chicago corner market with delivery service is headed to Dallas’ Uptown district for its first location outside of the Windy City.

Foxtrot will make its local debut early this summer in the space formerly occupied by McKinney Avenue Tavern at 2822 McKinney Avenue. Launched in Chicago in 2013, Foxtrot offers a perfectly Instagrammable destination for quick cafe fare with its sleek black-and-white color palette that features light wood accents. Foxtrot also appears to be a cozy co-working space in its Chicago neighborhoods with long communal tables and Wifi. In Dallas, the Uptown location will offer 3,600-square-feet of space with a large delivery radius encompassing Uptown, Downtown, Knox-Henderson, Park Cities, Lower Greenville, and Lakewood.

As far as the bites go, Foxtrot offers packaged dry goods and refrigerated grab-and-go items made daily like sandwiches, salads, fruit, ice cream, plus a full-service espresso bar, and beer and wine on tap or bottled for taking home. Foxtrot sources its coffee beans locally and has partnered with Oak Cliff Coffee as its Dallas-area roaster. After opening in Uptown this summer, Foxtrot plans to debut a second outpost in an unknown location also this summer, followed by a third by the end of the year. It’s one-hour delivery service will also expand further north with the debut of the additional locations.

Stay tuned for the official opening date of Foxtrot’s local arrival and its hours of operation.
