Ahead of baseball season’s opening day on March 28, concessions company Delaware North has revealed the over-the-top new offerings that will be available at Globe Life Park in 2019.
This year, baseball fans will be able to get their hands on a truly ridiculous assortment of ballpark fare that ranges from the “Fowl Pole,” a two-pound chicken tender that’s deep-fried and served with ranch over a pile of waffle fries, to a decidedly less-dramatic vegan burger made with plant-based Beyond Meat. Scope out this list of the most interesting new offerings below.
The “RWB” Dog

Pickle relish dyed red and blue joins onions to create a truly bizarre homage to the good ol’ U.S.A. with the Red White & Blue dog, a $11 offering made with a sausage that’s spiked with the flavors of Texas chili. It’s served with potato chips on the side, and will be available at the Eat More Dawgs stand near section 36, and both American Dog Stands (at section 22 and section 48).
Fried PB&J
This sweet and greasy offering involves double-decker PB&J sandwiches that are deep-fried. Find it at the State Fare stand near section 41, along with foot-long corn dogs and Right Field Bacon Bombs, or deep-fried provolone cheese wrapped in bacon and served with barbecue sauce.
Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Wings

This one’s pretty straightforward: spiced chicken wings are wrapped in bacon, then deep-fried until golden, which actually sounds like an excellent (and not overly decadent) ballpark snack. Fries are served on the side, and these wings can be found at the Fry Depot near section 9.
Vegan Street Tacos
Plant enthusiasts flock to the Ballpark Vegan stand near section 16, known for its meat-free options that are just as decadent as meatier eats. This year, find vegan street tacos stuffed with crumbled Beyond Meat and topped with pico de gallo alongside a cheeseburger also made from Beyond Meat and topped with vegan cheese.
