It’s just about time for Jinya Ramen Bar to open the doors of its newest location in Dallas. The ramen joint expanded from Tokyo to open locations all over the U.S. and Canada, and now Jinya Ramen Bar is headed to the Victory Park neighborhood this month. A PR rep tells Eater that the opening date for restaurant at 625 High Market Road is anticipated for late March.

Jinya Ramen Bar serves up plenty of options when it comes to ramen: diners will choose between 13 signature bowls, along with five kinds of broth, different noodle options, and more than 20 toppings. Popular options include the Tonkotsu Black, which combines pork broth, pork chashu, kikurage, geen onion, nori dried seaweed, seasoned egg, garlic chips, garlic oil, fried onion, spicy sauce and thin noodles. Or those who avoid meat can go for the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen, made with vegetable broth, tofu, thick noodles, and vegetables like onion, spinach and garlic.

Ramen’s not all that will be on the menu: add small plates to share like caramelized cauliflower or mini tacos with crispy wonton shells.
