Southern Classic Daiquiri Factory just opened its doors this week at its new East Dallas location. Known in Fort Worth for its frozen drinks and Cajun cuisine, the restaurant just posted this week that it hosted a soft opening (complete with karaoke) on Wednesday at the new address at 3113 Ross Avenue. That space was formerly home to a tiki bar called Pilikia.

A grand opening will follow for Southern Classic Daiquiri Factory’s third location, according to its Facebook post. The restaurant serves up gumbo, fried fish, etouffee, and more Cajun options like Natchitoches meat pies and spicy gator bites. When it comes to daiquiri drinks, Southern Classic Daiquiri Factory offers more than 15 different flavors — including creative options like the “Cow Town” mix of strawberry margarita and hurricane.
