Tricky Fish is ramping up its area expansion plan, hoping to open its third fresh seafood outpost this fall in Dallas’s upscale Preston Hollow Village this fall.

The Addison-based team behind Razoo’s Cajun Cafe debuted the underwater-themed venture in Richardson’s CityLine in 2017, followed by another in Fort Worth’s Waterside last year. Both Escape Hatch Dallas and CultureMap reported on its latest lease.

The spacious 4,000-square-foot location ( 7825 Firefall Way) will sport 120 seats, plus another 40 on a spacious patio. Fine-dining Mexican chain Mesero is also headed for the same glitzy project.

The menu kicks off with starters like oysters, calamari, and fried green tomatoes, followed by fried platters, burgers, plenty of po’boys, and grilled redfish with spinach salad.

Each locale also boasts a daily happy hour and weekend brunch.
