After pushing back the opening date of his much-anticipated new restaurant Homewood, chef Matt McCallister has finally decided when the restaurant will make its debut.

The chef announced on Facebook that Homewood is officially taking reservations now via Resy for its first night of service next week. Back in February, McCallister told Eater that the restaurant would open in March, but that date was pushed back more than a month as development on the menu and space continued.

McCallister has been previewing Homewood dishes on his Instagram account over the past several days, showing off stunning plates like emmer gemelli pasta with razor clams, chenzo pepper, garlic, and vermouth, and ember-roasted, miso-barbecue-glazed Hereford pork loin over ash hominy and peanut pork jus. As with McCallister’s prior restaurants FT33 and Filament, Homewood’s menu focuses heavily on locally-sourced produce and proteins, along with plenty of fermented and preserved ingredients.

Scope out a few of the dishes below:

Homewood is currently accepting reservations starting on Tuesday, April 16. Tables during prime dining hours in those opening days — read: 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. reservations — are already being snapped up quickly.
