Plano’s the Biscuit Bar has officially debuted its first location in Dallas near Southern Methodist University.

The second outpost of the Biscuit Bar opened its doors on Tuesday, May 21, a little more than a year after the first location opened at Plano’s Boardwalk at Granite Park in 2018. Like its predecessor, the new Biscuit Bar will serve massive biscuit sandwiches, topped with a bounty of sweet and savory accoutrements.

At the new outpost, diners will find decadent biscuit sandwiches like the Hoss, topped with Southern fried chicken, bacon, cheese, sausage gravy, and honey butter. On the sweet side of the menu, find biscuits smothered in chocolate gravy and toasted marshmallow fluff, along with biscuit French toast. Because the Biscuit Bar is an obvious brunch destination, more than 20 different cocktail options are on offer, along with draft cold brew and kombucha.

The Biscuit Bar is now open Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to midnight.
