Fire rips through Ruggeri’s in The Village at Colleyville

Diners and staff escaped just in time before the roof collapsed as a fire ripped through popular neighborhood Italian restaurant Ruggeri’s in Colleyville. CBS DFW reports that Colleyville City Manager Jerry Ducay saw smoke while walking by and alerted everyone inside the restaurant to get out. The blaze caused the building to be declared a total loss.

Eataly’s lease is officially on

Eataly’s Dallas outpost is one step closer to reality: Dallas News reports that Eataly leased 48,000 square feet of space at NorthPark Center in Dallas, with negotiations by CBRE.
