A kebab stand that began in Berlin and grew to expand throughout Europe and the Middle East now wants to make a big splash in the U.S. — and Dallas is among the first cities on its list. The international chain German Doner Kebab just announced plans to expand across North America, QSR reports, opening five stores in 2019 and more to follow.

Texas is on the list: in the next two years, German Doner Kebab shops will open in Dallas, Houston, and Las Vegas. No address information in Dallas is available yet.

“We are looking forward to our first opening in Texas,” German Doner Kebab Global CEO Imran Sayeed told QSR. He also said: “The U.S. offers a huge opportunity for GDK and we are excited to be embarking on an aggressive growth strategy for the region.

In addition to kebabs and wraps, the chain’s menu includes “doner quesadillas” and “doner boxes” filled with meat, fries, and salads.
