Dog Haus debuts in Arlington

The second DFW outpost of California-based chain Dog Haus, known for its hot dogs served on a trio of sliced King’s Hawaiian rolls, is set to arrive next month in Arlington. Per a press release, the restaurant will open at 4000 Bagpiper Way, Suite 110, on August 3. It joins a location that opened in Richardson in 2017. and a forthcoming outpost in far-flung suburb Burleson.

Lower Greenville’s newest bakery gets seriously creative with the muffin

Three Egg Muffins, a new destination for sweet and savory muffins, has opened its doors on Greenville Avenue. The bakery recently debuted at 3607 Greenville Avenue, according to CultureMap, and is completely focused on the humble muffin. Look forward to savory muffins baked with a whole egg inside and topped with ham and mozzarella and bacon and cheddar. Sweet options include Oreo cookie and cream cheese, banana nut, and more.
