Hudson House Restaurant & Raw Bar will bring its bivalves, daily happy hour, and nautical New England vibes to Lakewood in January 2020.
The 4,500-square-foot restaurant (4040 Abrams Road) will slide into the standalone space that formerly housed an IHOP. Pancakes promise to make a comeback inside when its popular weekend brunch kicks off.
Hudson House made its Highland Park debut in 2017, quickly earning fans thanks to a menu of East Coast-style raw seafood dishes, nostalgic plates like chicken parmesan, and their self-described “world’s coldest martinis.” A second location opened in Addison last year.
Hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m daily, with weekend brunch trailing behind.
Hudson comes from Vandelay Hospitality, the brand behind growing Texas chain East Hampton Sandwich Company. A glam steakhouse called Drake’s is joining the family soon in Bluffview.
