A new home for Trompo
After about three years of serving up stellar tacos de trompo on Singleton Boulevard, Trompo is officially moving to a new home. According to D Magazine, the restaurant is set to debut at a new address, 407 West 10th Street in the Bishop Arts District, in the “next few weeks.” At the new outpost, diners will order their tacos from an outdoor-facing walk-up window and eat their tacos at picnic tables on the shared patio. Stay tuned for an official opening date for this new location.
Drag brunch is resurrected at House of Blues
Dallas has been without a popular drag queen brunch haunt for a while, but the House of Blues will officially change that up this weekend. Per CultureMap, Drag Diva Brunch will kick off on Saturday, September 14 with local queens and buffet-style dishes like chicken and waffles.
Fort Worth eatery lands at DFW
Brewed, a Fort Worth restaurant known for its comfort food, coffee, and cocktails, has officially arrived at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. A press release announces that the restaurant located near gate 25 in Terminal D will host a grand opening shindig on Tuesday, September 24.
