An iconic Greenville Avenue restaurant space will soon have a new tenant
After nearly 50 years of operating on Greenville Avenue, beloved French bistro the Grape closed its doors in 2019. Now, restaurateur Chas Martin is set to take over that iconic space with a brand new restaurant. According to the Dallas Morning News, the project doesn’t have a name or menu just yet, but expect a laid-back, neighborhood restaurant with (perhaps) some Italian influence from its sister spot the Charles. No word yet on exactly when it will open, but expect it to arrive sometime in 2021.
