Denver-born Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse debuts in Dallas next month, bringing The Colony a new place to wash down New York-style pies with pints for days.
The inaugural Texas location will sit in the massive mixed-used Grandscape development (5752 Grandscape Boulevard). Parry’s is the latest tenant to join the 400-acre Berkshire Hathaway complex that’s prepping to welcome a sea of new dining options this year.
Perry’s debuted in suburban Denver in 2007 and has since grown to 8 locations scattered across Colorado and one in Charlotte, N.C. Parry’s builds its pies with dough and sauce made fresh daily, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese grated by hand.
Along with handmade pies, the menu is filled out by Buffalo wings, hefty calzones, salads, and sandwiches. Expect some of its 80 rotating tap lines to show liquid love for local Texas brews.
Each location sports an industrial warehouse look and other odes to the Big Apple. Its digs in The Colony will feature a huge patio, with plans to host lots of beer events. Every month the brand highlights five craft-brewed beers for $4 in 10-oz. pours.
