Barbecue sandwiches, smoked meat plates, and cherry homemade slushees are rolling into Legacy Hall in Plano next week. The food hall announced that its newest vendor is Brisket Love BBQ, which will open its first location at Legacy Hall on Tuesday, March 10.

Obviously, brisket is the star here, but other smoked meats include pulled pork, smoked turkey, and smoked jalapeno cheddar sausage. Customers can order meat by the quarter and half pound — or go for a dressed-up sandwich. Options include a BBQ Brisket Banh Mi, featuring a hoagie roll layered with chopped brisket, pickled slaw, spicy barbecue mayo and cilantro. There’s also The Monster, a potato roll featuring chopped brisket, pulled pork, jalapeno cheddar sausage, then topped with horseradish coleslaw, barbecue sauce and crispy onion straws.

Not in a sandwich mood? Find brisket tacos and chips and queso with brisket. Sides include baked potato salad and loaded Mac and cheese, and Brisket Love BBQ makes their own slushees with cane sugar. Check out the menu below:
