Zalat, the Dallas pizza chain known for its inventive pies and the beloved “Srirancha,” will soon debut a brand new location in Addison.

The DFW-born chain’s latest outpost is staffing up for its debut in the coming weeks at 4980 Belt Line Road, Suite 180, in Addison. Per a post to Zalat’s Facebook page, the restaurant will host a hiring event at the new location on Friday, July 3. Open since 2015, Zalat has been in major expansion mode over the past few years, growing to eight restaurants in Plano, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Denton. The latest came back in April, when founder Khanh Nguyen opened a delivery-only “cloud kitchen” outpost of Zalat on Lemmon Avenue.

For those who are unfamiliar with Zalat’s stoner-friendly pizzas, there’s a whole lot more than just pepperoni and cheese on the menu. Options include the “Pho Shizzle,” a pie that’s topped with chicken, caramelized onions, basil, and a swirl of hoisin sauce, and the “Elote,” which is loaded with corn, lemon pepper, Valentina hot sauce, and of course, “Srirancha,” a mix of sriracha and ranch dressing.

An opening date has not yet been set for Zalat’s Addison debut — stay tuned for more details on when it will arrive.
