Villa Azur, a swanky restaurant with locations in Las Vegas and Saint Tropez, opens its latest outpost today inside the W Hotel in Victory Park.
The new restaurant brings a French Riviera aesthetic to Dallas, with highly stylized white interiors and mid-century modern accents. By night, it converts from a glitzy dining room into a nightclub featuring dancers, live saxophonists, DJs, and more.

Under the guidance of executive chef Carlos Torres, Villa Azur’s menu features Mediterranean French specialty dishes, such as the pâtes à la meule, which is served table-side in a parmesan wheel. Other offerings include seared octopus, spaghetti ala chitarra, and truffle burrata.
The seasonal cocktail menu has a selection of original drinks, as well as new takes on familiar classics, like the Finally Old Fashioned, which has Teeling Whisky, amaro, demerara, angostura, and orange bitters. Villa Azur’s eponymous cocktail combines bubbly Perrier Jouët Grand Brut, pisco, lime, strawberry, egg white, simple syrup, and star anise.
After 10:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, Villa Azur dives fully into nightclub mode, embracing a “flirty vibe” according to the restaurant’s website. Dinner will continue to be served until midnight for those who prefer to dance the night away with a full stomach.
The grand opening is tonight, kicking off with a cocktail hour from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Reservations for the event can be made by emailing reservations@villaazurdallas.com or calling 214-389-2602. For future dates, reservations can be made on OpenTable.
Villa Azur is located at 2440 Victory Park Lane; open for dinner 5 p.m. to midnight. daily.
