Insomnia Cookies, an East Coast chain known for its late-night treat deliveries, will soon arrive in Deep Ellum.
The shop is set to make its debut on February 15 at 2656 Main Street in Deep Ellum, where it will offer cookies, ice cream, and other treats for delivery until 1 a.m. on weeknights, and 3 a.m. on the weekends. Founded in 2003 in Pennsylvania, it’s the first DFW location for the chain, and a second outpost is set to follow in Victory Park in March. Insomnia Cookies first arrived in Texas in 2019, when it opened a location near the University of Texas campus in Austin.
As far as the cookies are concerned, expect classics like chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin, and snickerdoodle, alongside more creative confections like salted caramel and confetti cookies. Cookie cakes, ice cream, brownies, and “wiches,” or two cookies sandwiched with a giant swirl of icing, are also on the menu.
When it debuts, Insomnia Cookies will be open for pick-up and deliver its goodies until 1 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday, and 3 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
