Milk Bar, the cult-favorite bakery from pastry chef Christina Tosi, is plotting a Dallas pop-up.

A representative for the chain tells Eater that Milk Bar will set up shop in Dallas starting on Wednesday, May 26, with plans to sling its most iconic desserts via delivery apps like UberEats and DoorDash. The pop-up will be delivery only, which means that Tosi enthusiasts can enjoy cake truffles and the famed Milk Bar Pie in the comfort of their own homes, without waiting in lengthy lines.

As far as the treats are concerned, look forward to a selection of Tosi’s greatest hits, ranging from a three-tier birthday cake topped with “crunchy birthday crumbs” and rainbow sprinkles, or a strawberry shortcake that’s layered with sweet cream frosting, strawberry jam, and shortbread crumbles. Notably, the bakery will only be selling whole cakes and pies, which can serve between 8 and 12 people, along with dozen boxes of cake truffles in the aforementioned flavors.

A limited selection of Tosi’s baked goods are currently sold in Target stores, along with mail orders via the Milk Bar website. Presumably, though, they’re much more compelling when served freshly baked.

The Milk Bar pop up will run from May 26 to May 31, just in time for Memorial Day weekend. Fans can score their goodies via DoorDash, Caviar, Postmates, and UberEats.
