It’s that time of year yet again, when the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck makes its way across the western U.S. This spring, the lucky folks in Fort Worth and Plano will get their chance to not only wear Hello Kitty, but eat her delicious treats too.
The truck features loads of sweets, including a few new ones this year. For the first time in DFW, fans can get hand-decorated Hello Kitty cookie sets and madeleine cookie sets. The old favorites will also be available: the giant chef Hello Kitty cookie and the mini cake set.

For kawaii enthusiasts, some must-knows about the truck: This year there are also some new merchandise. Those include a glass mug with sprinkle handle that made its debut in Houston, a Hello Kitty Cafe lunchbox, a Hello Kitty Cafe t-shirt in lavender, a canvas tote, a rainbow thermos, and enamel pen sets.
If you just can’t wait until the cafe truck arrives, you can follow it on Instagram until then.
