This Sunday, September 11, AT&T Stadium will roll out its new menu items for 2022-2023 when the Cowboys play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It includes an expansion of the plant-based options rolled out last year and some new items that lean heavily into the Dallas aesthetic.
And, of course, Black Rifle Coffee will be available on-site, but you already know how we feel about that.
The steak is low-roasted, dipped in au jus, and then piled on a toasted bun with arugula, provolone cheese, creamy horseradish sauce, and caramelized onions.
Cowboys mac and cheese gets a new topping, with chunks of garlic butter poached lobster and fresh parsley.
On top of a Bolillo bun layered with fresh refried beans, Cowboys fans can choose between house-made salsa chicken or pork that is cooked barbacoa or pastor. That is topped with queso fresco, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and guacamole.
Fried Mozzarella Burger
A brioche bun is piled high with fried mozzarella sticks, house-made marinara sauce, Angus burger patty, and pepper jack cheese.
Mango Habanero Chicken Sandwich with Pineapple Slaw
Fried chicken is tossed in mango-habanero sauce and topped with house-made pineapple slaw.
Focaccia bread is topped with house-made olive salad and layers of capicola, mortadella, ham, salami, provolone, and mozzarella cheeses.
From the vegetarian offerings: Tator tots are drizzled with jalapeno jack cheese, guacamole, and sour cream, then topped with Sweet Earth’s plant-based chicken tossed in Cholula sauce and finished off with pico de gallo and lime.
Buffalo Chick’n Nachos
Also on the vegetarian menu: Blue corn tortilla chips are topped with jalapeno jack queso and Sweet Earth’s plant-based chicken tossed in buffalo sauce and finished with pickled jalapenos.
