The 2022-2023 season of Major League Soccer is underway, and FC Dallas fans are getting a treat: Thanks to a new executive chef, Toyota Stadium is serving up some new dishes — they’ve got a little extra kick of spice.
Executive chef Erika Dabney revealed several new stadium treats available starting Saturday, July 30, according to a release.
First up: jerk spiced chips with pineapple salsa, made with Casa M Spice Company jerk-dusted tortilla chips. Find them at StadiumDrop, Winners Club Concessions, and Gallagher Club.
Chorizo nachos topped with pickled radishes, jalapeno queso, sour cream, fresh cilantro, onions, and tomatoes. Find them at the Winners Club.
In the Greek chicken bowl, you’ll get freshly diced cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese sauce on top of a bed of fresh lettuce and chicken. It is served with a side of crispy house-made pita chips, tzatziki sauce, and lemon vinaigrette. Find it at the Winners Club.
The Monster Burger: why yes, that is a pair of mozzarella sticks on your burger. Plus chicken tenders and honey mustard on a brioche roll. Find it at Burgers and More and Chef’s Kitchen.
The baked bean and brisket dog combines an all-beef hot dog topped with sweet baked beans and house-smoked barbecue brisket topped off with potato chips. Find it at Bent Buckle.
These hot new dishes join fan favorites, including chicken tenders and fries, the fried chicken and mac and cheese dog, the monster taco, Southwest chicken wrap, veggie wrap, and ultimate nachos.
