Haven't made New Year's Eve plans? Here are two dozen or so solid options stretching from Plano to Ft. Worth that include everything from mariachi bands and an Elvis impersonator to a six-course menu that features caviar in every dish, plus plenty of the requisite midnight Champagne toasts. (It should go without saying that you should absolutely call ahead for reservations, as NYE gets pretty cray for restaurants — and do get home safely whether it's via a taxi, Uber or a teetotaling friend.)

What better place for cocktail lovers to ring in 2014 than under the watchful guise of bar masters Lucky Campbell and Michael Martensen?
