Velvet Taco’s breakfast tacos are a bit wilder than the average taqueria’s options. Try the chicken and waffle taco, a concoction with crisp chicken tenders, peppered bacon, peppercorn gravy, green apple slaw, maple syrup, red chile aioli, and chives on a waffle tortilla. The breakfast tacos here are served on tortillas made freshly every single damn day, and that may be the most important part of the equation.
