A constant infusion of coffee is a requirement when there are only a few hours to work ahead of a major deadline or looming exam. And when the stir-craziness sets in after hours of studying, getting out of the house and parking at one of Dallas’ best coffee shops is a smart change of scenery.

Sadly, too many coffee shops are too noisy or offer sketchy Wi-Fi, making them not ideal. Every spot on this map serves up a safe place with good eats, plenty of caffeine, and, in some cases, sweets or boozy libations as a reward.

The room is so comfortable and well-designed that bringing a laptop to one of their tables or the circular bar for coffee or Champers and a light nosh sounds like a lovely place to finish those TPS reports.
