The menu includes a choice of pan-roasted sturgeon with parsnip puree, grilled fennel, and caviar Hall Chardonnay butter sauce or peppercorn-crusted roast filet mignon with duck fat fingerling confit, braised baby turnips, and porcini mushroom bordelaise.
