Dinner will feature selections like duck’n dumplings, cowboy lobster cioppino, and crispy striped bass, while brunch will include a seafood and sushi platter for the table, followed by dishes like brioche French toast and brisket benedict. Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos has designed a “Santa’s trio of treats” including pumpkin indulgence, a chocolate peppermint tart, and blood orange sorbet. On Christmas Eve, the swanky spot will be dishing out breakfast, lunch, and Christmas Eve dinner from 5 to 10 p.m., and on Christmas Day, Commons Club will have brunch and dinner covered with special menu items like prime rib with rosemary horseradish crust and caviar creme fraiche mousse, or a tableside s’mores kit.
