Hotel Vin, Autograph Collection
Hotel Vin’s igloo-like bubbles are back. This private experience features eight bubbles spread across the north WineYard lawn, with a ski-lodge theme, fur blankets, and heaters. Guests can opt for a one- or two-hour experience featuring wine and fondue or stick around for a three-course dinner and a bottle of wine.

HIDE
Sippin’ Santa is Miracle’s tropical cousin, bringing Tiki-style drinks and island vibes to dozens of bars across the country, including Hide. Head up the stairs to the heated rooftop, which is decked out with lights, Christmas trees, and ornaments everywhere you look. Take in the scene, then get to work sampling the special menu, with drinks like the Kris Kringle Colada (dark rum, amaro, allspice, lime, pineapple, cream of coconut) and the Yule Tide (tequila, applejack, lime, maple-cranberry syrup).

Leela's Wine Bar - Dallas
This sparkly holiday pop-up gives Leela’s Wine Bar an infusion of disco balls, snowflakes, greenery, and other seasonal decor. Bask in the festive environs, and sip from the new menu of themed cocktails.

Virgin Hotels Dallas
The hip hotel in the Design District adds a holiday pop-up this year with Saint Nick’s Suite Escape. From December 13 to 24, the speakeasy will take reservations for revelers to enjoy holiday-themed cocktails in the festive setting. There is a $10 fee per reservation, but it is credited back to your bar tab.
Royal 38
The Miracle concept springs up in more than 100 locations across the globe each winter, and we’re fortunate to have one of the best iterations in our backyard. Royal 38 is back at it, transforming its Uptown space into a winter wonderland featuring thousands of sparkling holiday lights, ornaments, trees, and a gift-wrapped bartop. Miracle bars serve the same menu of well-made drinks, including the Christmapolitan (vodka, elderflower, dry vermouth, spiced cranberry sauce, lime, rosemary, absinthe) and Santa’s Little Helper (gin, spiced caraway syrup, eucalyptus, sage, lime, seltzer).
Open now through December 24. Miracle will also pop up at Nickel City in Fort Worth, Texas Live! in Arlington, and the Aussie Grind in Frisco.
The Henry
The Henry embraces the holiday spirit and transforms into the festively-decorated St. Henry’s Winter Wonderland. Expect lights, greenery, stockings, and plenty of themed drinks, including an Irish whiskey-spiked Eggnog and the Spiced Pear Cosmopolitan, which features vodka, pear liqueur, cranberry reduction, and lime.

The Adolphus, Autograph Collection
The Adolphus Hotel is turning its rooftop into a picturesque holiday village Downtown, with themed cottages, cozy winter cabins, live music, and hot cocktails. The food menu features a trio of dips (raclette fondue, chili con carne, and warm smoked trout), grilled cheese sandwiches, and crispy gratin potatoes. Cocktails range from the rum-and-cognac-spiked Hot Cider to the Chai Toddy, with vodka, elderflower, chai, and lemon.

The Hard Shake Bar
Located on the second floor of the Exchange, Hard Shake is transforming into Bad Santa, a holiday pop-up with seasonal drinks and lovably tacky decor. Stop in to decorate the tree with items from the “DIY Naughty Decoration Station,” and relax on the heated patio overlooking the Discovery District. Sip themed cocktails like Frosty the Snow-tini and Drunken Milk & Cookies, a whiskey-and-coffee cocktail with a side of Christmas cookies.

Tipsy Elf
This fun-loving popup is coming to Bishop Arts again, bringing nostalgic Christmas decor, Griswold-worthy lights, ornaments, trees, and mistletoe. Find it in the little white house at the corner of Bishop and Melba. This year, Tipsy Elf holiday madness is spilling over to Mermaid Bar, with a tented and heavily decorated patio. Each night, Mrs. Claus, aka drag star Gloria Devine, will perform nightly readings of naughty letters to Santa, and the bar will serve cheeky cocktails like the North Pole Dancer and Left Me for The Muffin Man. Check the calendar for special events throughout the season, including an ugly sweater party, drag bingo, and karoling karaoke.
