There's a lot of places to eat pho, but what makes DaLat ideal for hangover meals is that 1) you'll probably be in good company with other hungover or drunk people, and 2) they have a ton of booze, in case you also need a little of the old hair of the dog.

2. Good 2 Go Taco

1146 Peavy Rd
Dallas, TX 75218
(214) 668-0831
Breakfast tacos are always a good choice for hangover meals, and Good 2 Go takes their tortilla-wrapped meals over the top with ingredients like waffle-battered chicken or crumbled biscuits with gravy.

3. Hypnotic Donuts

The doughnuts here are great, but if you're suffering from a hangover you're gonna want a chicken biscuit -- carby, fried, and fatty, it's the cure for what ails you. Try the Kaye with cream cheese and spicy head-clearing jalapenos.

4. El Taquito

5427 E Grand Ave
Dallas, TX 75223
(214) 823-5872
El Taquito has the best chilaquiles in town, and the crispy, cheesy mess of tortilla strips and over-easy fried eggs is the perfect meal for the morning after, topped with plenty of hot sauce. (Protip: Don't forget to bring cash money.)

5. Jonathon's

Pretty much everything on the menu at Jonathon's is ideal hangover fare (and likely to put you in a welcome food coma), but we'd like to give a special shoutout to the outstanding fried chicken and waffles, which comes smothered in amazing peppered gravy -- all the better to coat your stomach with.

6. Keller's Drive-In

7. La Victoria

Dallas, TX 75204

OSK is the perfect hangover destination -- they have massive drinks for that all-important task of rehydrating, over-the-top meaty sandwiches, and no one gives a damn how you're dressed. Try the coma-inducing 48-hour brisket sandwich with a side of fries (and maybe a PBR if you need a little hair of the dog).

11. Tortas La Hechizera

Dallas, TX
(214) 688-0236
A torta might just be the ultimate hangover food. Beans, cheese, avocado, jalapenos, crema, a ton of greasy meat from milanesa to ham -- it's a meal that will likely lull you into a long hangover nap.
